KAYS Cannabis Operations
KAYS became the first U.S. publicly traded company to hold and operate cannabis licenses in “touch the plant” categories when it commenced cannabis operations in Portland, Oregon in 2014.
Over ten years we built a small chain of recreational and medical marijuana stores, acquired a 25-acre cannabis farm, and operated a 12,000 square foot indoor production and processing facility. We acquired a diverse and high-quality range of seed varieties and developed top-tier cannabis brands in the smokable, extracts, and edible categories, including one-of-a-kind product lines.
In 2019, frustrated with elusive federal legalization management elected to leverage its experience in more inviting markets, and between 2020 and 2023 the Company formed majority-owned subsidiaries in Greece where it acquired interests in two medical cannabis production and processing companies.
KAYS currently has one Oregon cannabis retail license and two Greek cultivation and production licenses. The Company is working to develope a 50,000 square foot commercial space in Epidaurus, Greece and is evaluating opportunities to enter into royalty agreements for our core cannabis brands in a variety of U.S. markets.

A CBD/THC infused fine skin care brand combing vitamin enriched cream with pure CBD/THC extract oil to create rejuvenating, comforting and healing skin treatments. Products include aloe lotion, lavender lotion, face cream, pain stick, and massage oil.
Pakalolo™ Juice Company
A cannabis infused beverage brand offering a blend of pure fruit purees, cannabis distillate, water/seltzer, natural sweeteners, and stabilizing elements. Favors include Strawberry, Pineapple, Watermelon and Mango.
Tony Giggles Pleasure Foods™
A cannabis infused frozen Italian entrees brand offering More than 30 varieties of ravioli including traditional cheeses, meats, and seafood as well as vegan and gluten free options, 7 varieties of stuffed shells, Manicotti with 5 different fillings,7 types of lasagna and 5 kinds of lasagna bites, and 6 kinds of frozen pizzas.
